Granola… 2 Ways!
Seriously, take granola further than you ever thought was possible! Sweet is not limited to sweet anymore. Pair you sweet and savory recipes together to make a flavor-packed and exciting meal. An example of my favorite? Top your roasted sweet potatoes with some almond butter, the pumpkin spice granola, and a pat of plain greek yogurt. Oh yeah – TRUST ME.

Chocolate Sea Salt and Pumpkin Spice Granola
Pumpkin Spice
- Oats
- Chia seeds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Walnuts
- Flax seed
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Coconut oil (JUST A LITTLE)
- Shredded unsweetened coconut
- Maple syrup
Chocolate Sea Salt
- Oats
- Popped amaranth
- Chia seeds
- Flax seeds
- Sunflower seeds
- Vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Sea salt
- Cacao powder
- Maple syrup
- Dark chocolate chips (ADD AFTER BAKING ONLY)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Whichever granola you are making, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. No measuring needed – add all of the ingredients to suit your tastes (seriously, taste it!) You want just enough maple syrup to be sweet and sticky, but not too much.
- Add the granola mixture to a sheet pan, and spread out to a thin layer. But it can stay clumpy, which will give you delicious clusters!
- Bake the granola for about 20-30 minutes, or until it’s slightly crispy. If you are making the chocolate version, add the granola to a bowl once it has cooled for about 5 minutes (it should still be warm so the chocolate chips melt). Add the chocolate chips to the bowl, then gently toss with the granola to get melty, chocolatey clusters.
- Let the granola cool completely before transferring it to an air tight container for storing (no refrigeration needed) – be gentle or you risk breaking apart your clusters. Enjoy!
